Prices for 2012 start from £26 per person per night.

 

Prices include Bed and our ‘Deliciously Yorkshire’ Breakfast.

 

Children under 12 years of age are half price when sharing with 2 adults.

 

Children under 2 are free.  Cots and high chairs available free of charge.  Call us to check which rooms are suitable.

 

Single night bookings are only available mid week and during low and mid season. Please call us to check for vacancies.

 

A deposit equal to the cost of the first night’s stay is required to secure the booking.

 

Arrival time is between 2pm and 10pm unless otherwise arranged

 

Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

 

Should you need to cancel your booking the following charges apply:

 

· Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival there will be no charge;

· Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged the equivalent of the first night’s stay i.e. loss of deposit. However, if we are able to re-let the accommodation we will refund the deposit less a charge of £10 to off set the cost of additional administration and bank charges.

· Should the booking be cancelled less than 48 hours from the date of arrival then the full amount of your stay becomes due unless we are able to re-let the accommodation in which case will refund the full amount less £15 to offset the cost of additional administration and bank charges.

 

Such costs can, of course, be covered by travel insurance and we strongly recommend you consider this option.
